She was professional, she communicated every step of the way. I wish I had before and after you will not believe the miracle she performed. I've found my forever lash tech. I visited Queens Cove for a facial during my birthday weekend. Tinesha was very kind and knowledgeable, she explained the process and procedure step by step which I appreciated. She also didn't mind answering questions, I had a lot because I suffer from allergies/sensitive skin and wanted to be sure that I was using the right products at home. The products she usd were luxurious I especially liked the honey exfoliating cleanser. It's been a week and my skin is still soft and smooth I will definitely be visiting Queens Cove again.
My nail lady Kim was super sweet and did an amazing job with my nails. She even brought me refreshments. This shop has a great environment that makes you feel comfortable. Amazing shaping with the nails. She does it with precision and it turned out very neat. If you’re looking for a nail shop, come here! It’s a very clean and aesthetically pleasing shop.

When I got to the suite, she was super nice and we talked the entire time. She's very professional and knowledgeable of the sew in process. I got a wash and a basic side part install. My bundles were still a little wet, so she set them under the dryer without a problem! I loved my hair afterwards and got so many compliments about my hair! I will definitely make another appointment and refer her to others!
Pretty satisfied I walked in on a Sunday opening time and was seen immediately for a pedicure. The people were nice, the place was clean and inviting and the price wasn't too bad.
Sandra was very helpful and thorough. When I came in my face was dull and I had a lot of whiteheads. When I finished, my face was well hydrated and glowing. She even gave me breakfast after.

The very rare time she has had to change an appointment was for a very good reason (sick/family obligation) and never because she wanted to "leave" for the day. She is very professional and always on time. I never have to wait - she never double books. My cousins and I love her - she's the best! The girls at Dominick's are all professional!
Katie did a great job trimming my daughter’s ends, doing some light layers, and cutting her bangs. She referenced the pictures we brought and did a good job replicating them. My daughter is very happy, and the style looks amazing on her! Katie also gave us good advice about haircare, shampoos, and other products appropriate for my daughter’s hair type. Great experience and definitely returning!
Ms. Arelis and her stylist are very great and welcoming stylist. They do amazing jobs each time on my hair. I have been using this salon for over a year and I would not think of going anywhere else. I drive from Waldorf to Greenbelt every two weeks to get my hair washed and styled. They take really great care of my hair and it's easy to manage. I visited here for the first time 2 weeks ago and my experience was amazing. I typically avoid hair salons and go to salon suites but this experience was so nostalgic ( i didn't realize how much I miss beauty salons- I used to go all the time as a child). I got a silk press with the hydro steam, extra strength dream coat. My hair is natural (4c) and my stylist Kayla hooked me up. My hair was silky and she did my hair so gently, I did not feel any tension or pain during the experience. Definitely one of the best hair experiences I've had. I'm so grateful for her. The service can be expensive but it's so worth it, the customer service is amazing. While I got my steam, i was offered a drink menu and got a delicious coffee. The salon is in the hotel so you do need to get a key card from the front desk which can take a little bit of time as you have to walk from the garage and the walk to the salon is a bit long. So try to arrive 10-15 min early. Also they do validate parking which is a plus!

Excellent pedicure. No rush through the treatment. You may find other salons with a higher level of interior but you won't get a better service than here.
Kay is sweet and the rest of the lash techs are friendly. I enjoyed my lash nap and woke up with a beautiful set of lashes. I have worn lashes for years and just moved to the area. Kay asked me to get the lash formula from my lash tech and she duplicated what I would have gotten from my long-time lash tech. Kay washed her hands, my lashes and provided aftercare instructions. I recommend this salon for both lash virgins and lash veterans. I will return. Not to mention there is plenty of parking which is always a plus for me.

My man loved my hair for one, for two I went in and got my hair done almost two weeks ago, will definitely be coming back , It’s been very hard for me to find a hairstylist but Paris Kennedy did my hair and she did an amazing job !

Nail Technician Dana consistently creates a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere for my pedicure and manicure spa services. Dana is highly recommended, therefore The Spa is too!
I was only trying this place out earlier this year, but it's been 8 months now, and I keep coming back. This is my place now. Jewel, my nail tech, came highly recommended. She really is amazing. She works very efficiently, and I'm not spending hours getting my nails done. Her work is top-notch. She's very professional, and I always get compliments on my nails. The tattoo artist was very patient, professional and understanding. Had a pretty good conversation with him. The tattoo I got was on my upper arm and it kinda tickled rather than hurt. If live in the DMV or visiting while you’re willing to get a tattoo, that’s the place to go I promise it’s worth it. It’s pretty affordable depending on what you get.
Zack was responsive, reliable and efficient. I needed key duplication for work same day and he was the first one to respond and call me. Within 30 mins, he was at my place and he did the key duplication right there. Very happy with his service. He was also wearing a mask properly the whole time. Would definitely use his service again.
I needed copies made of my digital car key fob. Al was communicative and responded quickly. He was able to order the right keys within a day. He is very honest - when the keys ended up being more than he originally quoted, he was true to his word and only charged me the stated price. He was courteous and arrived when he said he would.
