The price makes this place attractive until they mess up a football jersey and don't want to claim responsibility over it. The workers talk trash about customers in spanish, and the manager never shows face to customer issues. I will post a picture of my ruined Ed Reed Ravens jersey that I still haven't gotten back from them.UPDATE: I was able to get a refund after 30 days in store credit. Which I'm fine with. I wish their communication skills would improve in this process. Change the rating from 1 to 4 stars.

While I’ve only had a comforter cleaned there a few times now, it’s always come back spotless and in great condition. I took notice when an elderly, probably frequent, customer was picking up and the cashier offered to help her with the door and load her clothes in the car. Might seem like a common courtesy to some, but it speaks to the character of the staff. Convenient location.Service: Comforter cleaning

I was happy with my comforter cleaning this time around it looked clean but I missed that fresh downy smell... I'll probably try something different next time.. The comforter is white of course!
