“Met with Curtis for an overview and estimate for installation of 2 storm doors. He was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about their products. Install is promised for 3 - 4 weeks and I'm hoping they will stay with that schedule. I chose AirTite over another company based on that promise as well as their price, which was less than half of their competitor...UPDATE - When my storm doors were installed initially, one of the components was defective (NOT the fault of AirTite) and had to be reordered. The part came in and was installed today. EVERY ONE of AirTite employees that I've dealt with has been super friendly and knowledgeable!! I can't recommend this company highly enuff. Replacing the roof was the first project about 10 years ago…knowledgeable and great attention to detail got them job.
Last year we decided to remodel our primary bathroom and again, it was their knowledge and attention to detail that got them the job and by the way…we love our new bathroom!!

“I had to come to this location after work this evening for an item that said online they had a quantity of 4 left (My surrounding local Home Depot's had none) A young lady name Sabrina was nearby to help and I asked if she could check where the others may be because the 1 that was left, the box was opened. She checked in her system and in the aisle, and could not locate the others then said "Let me plug it up, check it out and make sure it's ok". We proceeded to find an outlet and the item was in good, working condition. Then she noticed a minuscule crack on the base of the item but told me how it can be fixed and gave me a % off of it. Because I drove 40 mins from my local Home Depot, I was fine with making the purchase and had a gift card to use. I had to Yelp about Sabrina because I feel like she went above & beyond to help me as they paged her a couple of times over the intercom for assistance in another dept, but she spent that time with me. Her and the young lady at the register name Asia were pleasant. Thanks for providing good service at this Home Depot.“
