During stays, Best Friends Fur Ever have great communication. Sometimes they will upload pictures. They will reach out with any issues they have and respond quickly if you have any questions. The employees here clearly love dogs. No matter who the employee is, when we go to drop our dog off they get really excited to see our dog. He, in turn, gets excited to see them. We love that Best Friends Fur Ever will take care of grooming needs while we are away. If possible, they will trim nails, bathe them and express their anal glands. Finally, the biggest reason we choose Best Friends Fur Ever, is our dog always seems well taken care of when we return to get him. If he is happy, we are happy.“

“I cannot recommend Tanzi enough! She really helped us gain back a sense of control with our wild, large breed puppy and we are so grateful. She has a very calm and warm presence and is incredibly knowledgeable. Every visit was efficient and she gave us the tools to better understand our dog's behavior which I think is so important when training! We had looked into some other training programs in the area, some that use collar reinforcement and I am so glad we went with Tanzi instead using just a more gentle and positive reinforcement method. “Absolutely fantastic! This was our first time boarding here. Our dog is an extremely anxious girl, so having to board her makes me nervous. Upon arrival the owner sat with us outside the building until our dog was calm and ready to go in. We did this at each step of the journey to the kennel our dog would be using. I have never had individualized care like this at any boarding facility! I was able to leave our dog there knowing she was going to be taken care of.“

“I've gone here 20 years now and won't go anywhere else. I've boarded there and always been happy. The vets are top notch with Dr Fioramonti explains the issues and will listen to what you have to say and for my specialty cats like the diabetics Dr Sand will go through complex issues. Now the one comment I hear from others is the building is old and the offices and waiting area is dated and looks old. But I don't go there for the ambiance and if the wait time can sometimes be a little long it's because they are taking time and not rushing people in and out“
