The technician who came for the initial treatment was very friendly; his name was Matt. For the quarterly treatment this time, Shane came out, and he was also very friendly. He treated the outside of the house to prevent pests from coming over and even plugged up a hole in the brick where the HVAC crew had done some work while fixing the AC. I was impressed that he noticed this because I wasn't expecting it. He took care of it to prevent any pests from entering and advised me on what to watch out for.

Bonus points for him wearing shoe covers that I requested because I had mopped the floors two days in a row. Overall, it’s been excellent service!“

“I wanted to wait a little before giving my honest review. I have been experiencing a rodent issue since I purchased my house (3 years). I initially called a previous company that would be a temporary fix to the problem. Recently, the issue reappeared and was worse than ever.
