David is wonderful--my daughter trained with him and encouraged me to start workouts with him and I am so glad I did. Every workout is a challenge, but he is encouraging and motivating. He really takes the time to make each workout different, but fun. He is professional and knowledgeable and I look forward to my workouts with him!

Dave is an excellent trainer! He makes sure you complete a thorough full body workout during your appointment with him. He’s also very good at making sure you have correct form for each exercise so you are gaining the full benefit and not hurting yourself. He pushes you without over doing it and you always feel awesome after a workout with Dave!

Dave is a top notch professional! I used to dread working out and was the one in the gym who had no idea what they were doing. Dave has taught me so much and made working out enjoyable. He pushes me to challenge myself and try new things, while also teaching me how to exercise properly.
