I called Computer Clinic after unsuccessfully trying to fix a browser problem myself. Nick came to my home the next morning, and within 30 minutes the problem was gone. What a relief!
Had an issue with the charging port on my iPad. Stopped in and he took a look at it right away! Reached in with pliers and pulled out a piece of debris. Works perfectly! Thank you so much! You saved me!
I have a Winbook tablet that I had bought from Micro Center some time ago for less than $100, and it had Win8.1. I tried to install the Win10 upgrade and I managed to erase the OS on its HDD and it was totally bricked. There is a free help desk at Micro Center but they said it would cost more to fix it than to replace it with a better model. This one had only 4G disk space and could not be upgraded. Computer Clinic is a UPS or FedEx drop point and I had to receive a package there. I asked about my Winbook and he offered to look at it.
