“This is the best car care experience I've ever had. I owned an extremely old Volvo XC 90 pending buying a new car. Sam took the best care of this car at the most reasonable pricing. He helped fix my air conditioning that I had been trying to fix with several repair shops for over a year. Always gracious, kind, fair and great service.About 6 months ago, my husband's new BMW got a small screw in one of the tires. We went to the dealer who quoted us a very high price to replace the tire. We contacted Sam for options. He inspected the tire and determined that it was fixable (pluggable). But Jimmy told me that this expensive repair could be delayed for a long while without any problems whatsoever. I was really impressed with his honesty in telling me that, as money is tight.
