Mr. Young is great.
But when it come time for the 6 hours behind the wheel I’ve had nothing but problems.
I’ve been trying to call for a while now and this week no one will answer the phones! How am I supposed to schedule the driving lessons when no one answers!!!!!
Amazing school, Ms. Shirley young is truly a great teacher , she’s very kind and fun and patient, she’s makes driving very good and easy for you , makes great conversation so you can not think too much into how nervous you are on your first day , i Truly enjoyed my time with genesis driving school , And Ms.Shirley , thank you so much for an awesome experience ❤️????
I'm only leaving a review now about my experience because my boyfriend is going through a bad experience with this driving school and I just read a bad experience from someone else. I took my online courses back in January which went great, Mr.Young is a nice cool person. But then I met his mother Mrs.Young (Unfortunately she is the owner) and that's when everything took a turn. I had 2 of my on the road courses with her which was cool.The mornings of my appointments she would text me (keep that in mind) about confirming my appointment and when she arrived to my house. 1st day she tried to cancel my appointment because I "texted back late" (she texted me at 7:15am and my appointment was at 8:30 so obviously i'm not going to be up that early .. weird but okay. 2nd day was fine but she did TEXT ME and said that she has to push my time back which was cool whatever . So for day 3, I texted her and asked her if the time was going to be pushed back as well just in case and this ***** going to act like she has no idea who I am and then when I told her she had an attitude asking me why am I texting her like girl you texted me multiple times so let's be for real.. and apparently she changed my appointment time anyway without telling me because it was originally supposed to be @8:30am WHICH IS WHY I TEXTED HER IN THE FIRST PLACE TO SEE IF SHE NEEDED TO PUSH IT BACK TO 10:30 so then I cancelled my appointment and made a new one with Mr.Young cause Mrs.Young had some demons in her that night.
