While G.A. Eberly did not necessarily do any substantial work on my home, I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service, promptness, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. I had a tankless water heater go out in the coldest stretch of winter. My thermostat (we have radiator heating) was reading 41 degrees. When calling companies on 12/28, I was being told by many they couldn't see me until early January. G.A. Eberly took my call and checked with their maintenance team to see how they could fit me in on the same day. Absolutely the best plumbing company in the area. Materials & Labor very reasonable, and each time I've had an emergency, they come out within an hour. You'll be glad you hired them.

Eberly is the Best, Most Honest, Most Knowledgeable and Highly Skilled Plumbing and Heating Company that I have ever encountered.Jo Eberly and team were able to find an outdoor busted pipe connection that I was advised by other local plumbing companies that the connection could not be found. Well...Eberly found the underground pipe, laid new pipes, passed WSSC Inspection with flying colors. Eberly ended a 9 month total nightmare of not being able to use my Kitchen Sink, and the nightmare of dealing with other less competent plumbing companies/contractors.
