“Update*** Upon returning for my permanent crown my doctor addressed the issue that I wrote about below. No excuses was made he owned the mishap for that was what it was a mishap and proceeded to give me above and beyond service from there! Moving forward I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place now! Nobody's perfect but I believe it's your actions after a situation that defines you and I felt that I was gonna be well taken care of after addressing the elephant in the room and was! Only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the issue i'll go into details on below. All in all I didn't have a bad experience just maybe bad luck. The staff is amazing!!!!
I came in for a crown well to get my temporary for my crown. After leaving I returned home and about an hour later my mouth started hurting. I just had a drill in my tooth thought nothing of it. Then the numbing wore off more and the pain was coming from the far back of my tongue. Mind u I haven't eaten at all today or really been talking since the procedure and with flashlights and mirrors I look and see that apparently i was hit by something. During the process I was so numb and relaxed that at one point I did flinch from a slight pain but he stopped, i made no further moves or complaints and the work continued. But thinking back on it that had to been when my tongue was possibly cut. I called to question it like maybe i was burned tapped with the drill or something idk and as to be aspected really nothing he could do about it. And again the part of my tongue that's hurting is the same area I got the crown in at in the back. I wasn't in pain going in and I'm So Uncomfortable now I had to leave this review. Again not a bad visit if u chalk it up to chance. I wish if it was a known slip up again assuming it was that he told me instead of having me questioning it. And for that alone ima rethink returning because again it is so uncomfortable and knowing I went in painless and left in pain.. Great staff tho“
