I love coming here to get my hair washed, deep conditioned, blow dried, and styled. I also received a few color treatments as well over the years. I tried to replicate their service on myself at home, but it’s just not the same result. The facilities are really nice and so are the staff. I love that I don’t have to travel so far to get top notch service. An added bonus is that there’s ample parking, vending machines, and a good variety of food places surrounding this location so you can take a break to get some grub while you get your hair done.
My review is long overdue. I have been a client of Monie's for what will be 2 years, and I won't think of going to anyone else... I absolutely LOVE her!

Camay did a wonderful job on my natural hair. She scheduled me for a last minute emergency appointment and serviced me with all the works. I received a bleach, color and cut service. The color was vibrant and beautiful. Camay was extremely patient and accommodating, I am a newbie to maintaining my natural hair and she explained every step of the process as she serviced me. The shop was clean and organized. I will definitely be back in two weeks for another appointment.

My review would have been 4 stars if it was just about the person who helped me. His name is Prince. I'm used to walking into Staples, Office Depot and FedEx and getting no help. I'm used to finding things on my own. I had gone to another Staples and the guy greeted a White customer but ignored me. When I did ask him for help he could not grasp what I was asking for, which was single sheets of large white paper. Anyway, back to Clinton, I came in about 10 minutes before it was about to close. I was rushing trying to find a roll of poster/banner paper. Prince stopped me asked if I needed help. I was shocked. He wasn't quite sure what I was looking for so I pulled it up on my phone. He didn't just wave me to the area and leave me to find it or not. He walked me to the exact spot. When I told I would talk about him in a survey if I got it, he said it was ok and not to worry about. So I am here to say Prince is the greatest Staples employee I have ever experienced. He should be manager. Polite. Helpful. Respectful. There was another employee who was helping customers. She was dark-skinned, with glasses I think. She was helpful with customers, including a young mother who wanted pictures. Four stars instead of 5 because when I went to the register where a reddish-haired customer service person was she immediately said, "You gotta go over there." When I looked confused because she was standing behind the register she said she was closed and then walked away. There was no one at the other register. I found Prince and asked him where do I go. He checked me out. Also, when I told him about my typical experience and about my experience at the other store, he apologized! Please clone him, promote him, give him a raise.
Carol with Personal Touch Notary was a lifesaver! She was able to meet me at the hospital on the same day that I submitted the request for a mobile notary. She was very thorough with explaining the process and getting a full understanding of my needs. She even brought a witness with her because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to find one given the circumstances. She notarized three documents for us and provided excellent customer service during a stressful time when I needed it done quickly. I will definitely reach out to her for future needs. It was a pleasure working with her!

I haven't had a bad haircut here. Sarah and Kristin both did a great job. Also this is one of the rare places that does sink washes. So it's like sport clips but a better quality cut and cheaper.

My sisters, mom and I have been coming to my "aunt" Janice since 2004. I was 10 years old am 28 now! She is still the only stylist I trust to do my hair through and through. She recently helped me achieve a honey blonde color from my natural color of dark brown WITHOUT bleach (yes, ladies its possible). I also love that she is a traditional stylist (no deposits, no online scheduling - you will have to call, and takes me as early as 5:00 a.m.). Truly a gem. I cherish the fellowship and talks during my visits as well. She has become apart of our family and will always have you leaving slayed. Love her so much!

My stylist was Cay’ she’s very personable and knowledgeable… I went for consultation first because I was interested in braids /loc’ I had natural locs for ten years but cut them three years ago..we decided on butterfly locs which I thought were gorgeous.. well she did a fantastic job and we had such fun! I chose gray because I’m a seasoned senior! It’s so pretty! My family loves it! Thank you Cay!

Sharde at Thee Glow Lab has been my Brazilian wax tech for the last two years and I have followed her from the previous company she worked for to now her own business! She has a clean space, doesn’t rush the process of removing the hair and, with such an intimate service, she makes you feel very comfortable. She will always be my wax tech! 10/10 highly recommend!

This place looks like an apartment complex especially from the street. I wonder if that is what it use to be. When I pulled into the parking lot I thought, “oh gosh my appointment is at someone’s house.” Not that anything is wrong with a kitchen beautician but I’m not in to going to strangers house. I’d feel more comfortable if it is someone I know like family or a friend. Anyway, after sitting in my car for a minute, I realized it was businesses. The Hair Brush is in building D so don’t park in the front instead drive around the back or you can walk like I did. Walking made me realize that this place is huge. It definitely doesn’t look this big from the street. There’s also maps on the wall (like at the mall) to tell you where you need to go. Once inside, I realize this is a—I don’t know what you call it—place where all the stylists have their own little rooms. A private space. The only thing they share is the common area. So if this is your first time, you can ask someone which room your stylists is in. Tessa was awesome. Even though the rooms are small, it was so zen-like. It was nicely decorated. There was relaxing music and it smelled good. I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed while getting my hair done. She also has a special treat if you go to her. I don’t want to spoil it by telling you what it is but I’m sure you’ll love it. I also enjoyed the fact that she told me everything she was doing and using in my hair. Not many stylists do that; you have to ask. She was also very chatty but in a good way. So many times I’ve sat in a chair and it was so awkward. I recommend.

While G.A. Eberly did not necessarily do any substantial work on my home, I am giving them 5 stars for their customer service, promptness, knowledgeable staff, and fair prices. I had a tankless water heater go out in the coldest stretch of winter. My thermostat (we have radiator heating) was reading 41 degrees. When calling companies on 12/28, I was being told by many they couldn't see me until early January. G.A. Eberly took my call and checked with their maintenance team to see how they could fit me in on the same day. They had a lead technician (Steven) hop on the phone and get information about what I was experiencing, before finding a way to slot me in. Steven even called back about 30 minutes later to offer a quick fix solution to see if we could get our heat back on. Excellent service!Chris was the technician dispatched. He came on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was friendly, helped get a fix in place, and was out the door in no time. I was happy with the price paid for what essentially amounted to a service call, even though he helped fix my issue. Excellent experience working with them. They seemed very comfortabe with my tankless system. I will be calling them again if I need any additional work done...I hate having to call the "big guys" and roll the dice with their questionable service. Never again. Thanks G.A. Eberly.

Update*** Upon returning for my permanent crown my doctor addressed the issue that I wrote about below. No excuses was made he owned the mishap for that was what it was a mishap and proceeded to give me above and beyond service from there! Moving forward I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place now! Nobody's perfect but I believe it's your actions after a situation that defines you and I felt that I was gonna be well taken care of after addressing the elephant in the room and was! Only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is because the issue i'll go into details on below. All in all I didn't have a bad experience just maybe bad luck. The staff is amazing!!!!
I came in for a crown well to get my temporary for my crown. After leaving I returned home and about an hour later my mouth started hurting. I just had a drill in my tooth thought nothing of it. Then the numbing wore off more and the pain was coming from the far back of my tongue. Mind u I haven't eaten at all today or really been talking since the procedure and with flashlights and mirrors I look and see that apparently i was hit by something. During the process I was so numb and relaxed that at one point I did flinch from a slight pain but he stopped, i made no further moves or complaints and the work continued. But thinking back on it that had to been when my tongue was possibly cut. I called to question it like maybe i was burned tapped with the drill or something idk and as to be aspected really nothing he could do about it. And again the part of my tongue that's hurting is the same area I got the crown in at in the back. I wasn't in pain going in and I'm So Uncomfortable now I had to leave this review. Again not a bad visit if u chalk it up to chance. I wish if it was a known slip up again assuming it was that he told me instead of having me questioning it. And for that alone ima rethink returning because again it is so uncomfortable and knowing I went in painless and left in pain.. Great staff tho
