“The service technician came down to assist Community Garden Market in Shepherdstown, with a reach-in freezer issue that has plagued us since install in 2015. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the leaking issue and returned a day later to fix an additional issue of a leaking fitting to stop of frozen water dam buildup. Excellent communication on their part even without good internal communication on our part. They stood by their repair and checked back with us and handled everything in a highly professional manner. I can't say enough good things about this company other than we are certainly going use them in the future for all our HVAC and Refrigeration needs!“
