I went not knowing what to expect and Judy walked me through what exactly she was going to do. She started with my face, releasing my lymphatic system, then to my chest, underarms and belly. She worked her magic on my mid and lower back and then onto my feet! I have plantar fasciitis and Judy was able to make my feet feel new again!! Amazing!! Highly recommend!!
