I found Sleep Better Maryland back in May 2020. My cardiologist had ordered a home sleep test and was very dismissive when I asked why, I then found out that the results were in when I received a call to be fit for a CPAP mask. I was furious.
Knowing how I sleep, think alligator in a death roll, I knew I was not a candidate for a CPAP, and I also didn’t want to be burdened by the costs and maintenance that the machine demands. So, I started looking for a better option and managed to learn about oral appliances for sleep apnea.
On my first visit, Dr. Parmar spent the time necessary to explain apnea and more importantly what my results were and what they meant. I was finally being treated like someone with a brain who deserved answers and explanations. An exam, photos and scan (so cool) followed as the first steps toward treating my apnea and freedom. Dr. Parmar was patient even though I wasn’t the best patient at first. The adjustment and pulse-ox tests were annoying the first time around.
I went back after I broke my device (it did a triple lindy in off the sink) had it sent off for a repair and as it had been 3 years repeated the sleep study and ordered a new device. I now have a backup should something happen, which was nice as the new device broke in short order due to a design issue. My 2nd sleep study, adjustments, and pulse-ox tests all went much better than the first time, the devices were smaller, had fewer wires and were much easier to use.
My oral appliance is easy to care for, just brush it and soak once a week, it’s easy and comfortable to use, and most importantly it works based on both the pulse-ox study and my wife’s lack of complaints about snoring when I use it. Easy to pack and travel with, no issues with TSA unlike a friend who has his CPAP disassembled each flight.
Edit 1: Jan 2025 - It's been 4-1/2 years now and I've recently completed another sleep study. Sleep Better used a new provider and the updated test unit is much less cumbersome and easier to use. Support from the company itself was better as well. I don't need to visit the office until a check up in a year; however, I know they are there if needed. I can't imagine ever trading my oral appliance or the team at Sleep Better for a CPAP.

Donaldson Funeral Home provided my family with everything we could hope for when dealing with the death of our 94 yr old mother. Lenny was kind, compassionate and empathetic. His attention to detail made the viewing, funeral and burial all proceed smoothly. As our mother was buried out of state, Lenny even drove the hearse himself and met us at the burial site to provide a seamless transition. I typically try to celebrate my birthday by patronizing a small business. I had met the owner of Blooming Orchid Wellness and we had spoken about the services that she offered. I was intrigued to try the Lymphatic Sinus Detox so I scheduled one and anxiously awaited the day. First impressions: beautiful space. Light, colorful and good energy all around. Judy, the owner greeted me with a warm hug. She then escorted me to a room, pulled up a chair and we talked about everything you could imagine as it pertain to my body and my health. I sincerely appreciated that. So often companies are tethered to remain timely. I didn't feel that with Judy. She seemed genuine in her concern about me. She made some recommendations about what I should add to my diet, and different types of foods to consume, etc. I changed out of my clothes and the lights were lowered and the service begun with an easy to understand explanation of what would occur over the next hour or so. The lymphatic sinus detox was all of that! I kept my eyes closed during the entire treatment. She used all sorts of tools (none of which was anything but soothing) consisting of strokes and massages, stones and utensils....who know what?! But I can tell you this, it was magical! After the treatment, I felt like a younger version of myself. In fact, over the next few days I was even sleeping better! I'm not sure if the detox directly had anything to do with the but I'm claiming it! I feel better! She gave me warm salt water - yep, the RIGHT type of salt is good for the system and we continued to talk for a little bit more. The services were so good, I got a gift card for a friend, and a salt rock for myself. It's a different type of massage but one that I know anyone would love. I've referred so many people already!! The treatment ended the way in which it begun, with a smile and a hug. I loved it and will definitely return soon!
Ms. Sanober is AMAZING!!! She enhanced my features and did makeup that complemented my dark skin! She made me feel like a GODDESS!! GO TO HER! She dressed me up, was timely and was really detailed and attentive in her work. She is also so pleasant and lovely to interact with, and helps you feel beautiful and pampered! I hope to go to her for the rest of my life for special occasions. Her bridal makeup, hair, and dressing are phenomenal.

I've been going to the same guy for 14 years and needed to transition to someone more locally. First time at Salon de Paris and Feyaz was amazing. He listened, was meticulous and I got one of most favorite color/cut/blow out. Will now be my regular place to go in the area!
We have used them on several occasions and they are fantastic. They are on time, honest, and thorough. We have had them replace or water supply pipe, new drains, faucets and other plumbing issues.
They were great. They showed genuine care for my new puppy and explained everything to me.
This review is long overdue as I went back in march to get my hair cut by Omer as recommended by a close friend. I had never gone to a salon or barber other than the one I've seen for a while that my dad would take me and my brother to, and my experience with Omer was amazing. He was super nice and easy to talk to, and more importantly he was very transparent and helpful about talking about how to style my hair and maintain it very well. I currently don't live in Clarksville because of school, but I am visiting home soon and plan to get my hair cut by him again. While it was an amazing experience it is a little pricey, but that is coming from someone who hasn't gone to an establishment like this before, and even though it was quite expensive I cannot deny how great of an experience it was and I plan on going back again.
I have been going to Nancy for over eight years , and let me tell you, she is wonderful! I would follow her anywhere. It's rare I have issues and if I do, she fixes them for me. I have nothing negative to say! If I could give more stars, I would!
There are a host of nail salons in easy proximity to me. Throughout the years I have tried several but I have finally landed on River Hill Nails. The staff are friendly and helpful every time. I’ve been getting liquid gel fill for several years and they last 3-4 weeks without ever chipping! Love the attention to detail that makes this possible.

I visited Hand & Stone for the first time last week and it was a great experience. Danielle was my massage therapist and her hands are magical! I suffer from neck muscle tension that is pretty gnarly and she was able to give me relief! Danielle knows what she is doing and listens to what your needs are while delivering one of the best massages that I have ever had. I felt so relaxed and wished it lasted longer than the hour that I had signed up for. I even signed up for their monthly program!
