I live in a new build that had the plumbing done by this company. A PVC pipe started leaking, so I called them to see if someone can take a look. I was never able to get a hold of anyone, and they never responded to multiple messages.

I can never get anybody on the phone. They don't return voicemail. I called and pressed 0 for the operator twice. Both times the phone rings for about 3 minutes. Then you get a message the party is not available. That's it.

Improper build on my water heater in a home built by Lennar and serviced by this company. Causing my water heater to be water logged and molded in under 10 years. Mold throughout my entire house now because of this companies negligence.
