They put in the pipes for a new home, and around the 2 year mark, one of the bathroom faucet supply lines broke since they made them so short (they were cutting corners). So water was flowing out of this supply line. I called them and asked them to fix it. I was willing to pay anything. They were rude and told me it's not their problem anymore. Don't go here to get your pipes fixed. I lived in other new houses before this one, and this never happened to me before. They should NOT be cutting corners like this in the first place.

I live in a new build that had the plumbing done by this company. A PVC pipe started leaking, so I called them to see if someone can take a look. I was never able to get a hold of anyone, and they never responded to multiple messages.

I can never get anybody on the phone. They don't return voicemail. I called and pressed 0 for the operator twice. Both times the phone rings for about 3 minutes. Then you get a message the party is not available. That's it.
