Polk contracting did an incredible job. I called them regarding some damage to my siding, it was late in the day but called me first thing in the morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Jeff came out later that day. 2 days later they completed the work. They were very thorough in cleaning everything up, scrubbing down & pressure washing the siding being mindful to make it blend in with existing siding. It really turned out great & it was done very fast. If I need any contracting work done I will be calling Polk, having worked in customer service for years the goal is always to set a proper expectation. Polk exceeded the expectation they set. Jack was articulate, personable, professional and thorough as he explained in detail what he had found and then performed the necessary repair on the spot. There was no effort on Jack’s part to expand the scope of the work needed and we have not had a further leak since.
We had a small repair with our soffit. Jack Polk came out within a couple days, looked at the problem and repaired it. He is professional and an honest contractor. Thank you, Jack! We are so happy to have it repaired before a bird built its nest in the soffit.
