I was mostly very pleased with Well's until they kept my brand new seersucker suit and never called me back to do the tailor-fitting. The day I dropped it off they said they didn't have time - it was very very busy so they would call me back to schedule. Well, I got caught up in my move to DC and working f/t as a teacher that I forgot for almost 2 years I dropped it off. So I guess that means whatever tag or note they put on it with my number must've gotten knocked off and nobody could remember which customer left it. After I had finally unpacked my summer wardrobe and realized it wasn't there then went through everything else I had put into storage thinking I had misplaced it. It was a year later that I finally realized I had left it there and never heard back. (no, I didn't change my phone number and a regularly check my missed calls and voicemails). I wonder if they ever put my suit in a window display like some tailor-cleaners do for left behind items.

Annoyed customer! EVERYONE SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS. SERVICE STINKS!!For a business, these people never answer the phone and it annoys me because it is part of customer service to the public. They have given three pieces my clothing to someone else. Wells has my name on clothing that does not belong to me. They are the only cleaners that I'm aware of in the area. This is unacceptable. Wells, please do better in your customer service. You guys are terrible.

Be aware of their prices... They first tell you a price then at pick-up the price is different and way too high.... About 30 dollars for a coat.... I do not recommend this place.....Service: Organic dry cleaning
