Trina has me in and out of there in 2 to 2 and a half hours. I love my hair every single time. She talks to you about your hair, asks what you like and follows up to see how the previous style lasted for you. Shia, at the front desk, is also very helpful and always reminds me when a special is going on that I can benefit from. Did I mention I love it here.
