Large operation. But excellent care. I have one main doctor, Dr Schwartz but have seen another recently who was also excellent. And my wife as also seen two different eye doctors over the years. And we have never had a bad experience. The front desk is polite and attentive.
Dr. Rosenblatt is the best doctor I have ever worked with. And his eyeglass specialist Chad is outstanding. I live nearly an hour away and I won't consider going anywhere else.
I have been going here for over 15 years. This place seems to have had some problems with administration and staffing after Dr. Clinch, Dr. Kang, and other doctors who had an interest got bought out and left. I have had quite a time trying to get a copy of my glasses prescription. I only had a scribbled copy on the visit notes and could not read it. I doubt an optometrist could either. So I need a typewritten copy. SO DIFFICULT to get! i have called a few times. 1. Awhile back, they called me to reschedule an appt (my latest dr. left the practice) and I asked them about my prescription--they offered to email my prescription to me. NEVER happened. 2.
