I have been receiving pre-op therapy from Ms.Julia Novak at the NRH (Chevy Chase) for the last few months. Ms. Novak and her colleagues were sensitive and very caring to my particular needs.I have had an excellent and productive time.
This was the best PT Center I had ever been to. Innumerable equipments, weltrained therapists who assist each other if needed. Very personable. Alice was my therapist and she was wonderful, patient, a great listener and thoughtful about my knees and other parts of my body. She worked with me for close to 5 months. The front desk folk are also worth a mention. Keep up the wonderful work!
I definitely have had my share of PT facilities, and am very happy to have found this one. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The Therapists are the best that I have experienced. The therapy you receive is challenging but not too tough to totally exhaust you. Very creative with the tools they have to help you achieve your various goals. A shout out to Julie and Kent with their big smiles as they work with you! Highly recommend!
