I would suggest you pick a different agency. Some nurses lack skills and are lazy, the coordinators are unprofessional and do what they want with your case. The nurse manager and director are a joke and don’t really care. They don’t inform you when a nurse calls out. My insurance pays for nurses to go to appointments and I never have a nurse to go. Some of the nurses were not following my child’s medication dosing correctly and gave him too much of his medication. Other nurses act like they don’t wanna do anything but be on their phones all night and not tend to your child.

They don’t have any nursing at all. I haven’t had a nurse in two weeks. And the nurses they do have are lazy, and barely wanna come to work. Or end up quitting. This agency is so unprofessional and unorganized.
