Griffith Energy Services, Inc. has been providing home heating fuel delivery, as well as furnace and air conditioning repair, maintenance, and installation for over a century in the Mid-Atlantic region. They have 12 convenient locations and offer automatic fuel delivery, as well as quick response when your heating or cooling system breaks down. One customer noted the great service they received, particularly from a representative who was helpful and patient in guiding them through the process after their father had passed away. Another customer had a positive experience with Sharon Craig, who was able to turn a frustrated daughter of a customer into a calm individual with her informative, professional, and patient demeanor. However, another customer had a few visits from Griffith Energy Services. During the first visit, the oil was measured and the tank was filled. A few days later, they were topped off with 25 gallons, even though the tank was reported full. During the third visit for an inspection, a hole was found in a part of the furnace, but the customer was able to use it for a week with no problem, despite smelling oil. They are now waiting for a replacement furnace, but have not received any word from Griffith Energy Services.
