I had to reschedule my original appointment the day prior and Tonia graciously managed to squeeze me in the following week before I had to go out of town. The braiding shop is in an office park in Lanham, not what one expects compared to other shops, but it’s really nice and quiet inside. I arrived at 3:38pm for medium knotless braids and she immediately started working on my hair. The shop wasn’t crowded, 2 other braiders and their clients. Tonia worked so fast; braids finished, flyaways snipped and my ends dipped; that I was walking out of the salon at 7:08.
