This place has got to be joke. The front desk associate literally answered one of my questions with “I don’t know, I just work here”. Not worth the time even walking in the office.
Update: the Lumis health in Annapolis is extremely friendly. Highly recommend taking the trip there instead of Kent Island.

That was the worst experience of my life. To say I ran out of that office crying is an understatement. I have never been made to feel so ashamed about being over weight in my life!

Run! This office cannot keep any medical staff and are chronically understaffed. Everything slips through the cracks, and god forbid you try to get in touch with anyone, you are sent through multiple telephone hoops, online portal messages that are not responded to, or hung up on if you ever actually reach a person.

This terrible experience is what happens when big business buys out local care--quality and customer service goes out the window. It boarders on unethical how hard it is to receive necessary medication or continuity of care.

It is worth the drive over the bridge just to avoid this experience.
