I love the nail techs and their services, the owner/manager needs a lot of work in customer service so hopefully you never have to interact with her.
Stylist: Rachel and the lady that sits beside her are fantastic. They work fast and friendly. All the nail technicians have been nice. The owner, or manager, needs a lot of work on her customer skills.
Such a fun experience for my bridal party! Waxing, mani/pedis, all top notch services! I am wedding ready and so are my mom, future mother-in-law, and favorite ladies!
I got the sweet orange pedicure with regular polish, followed by getting white powder nails done with sparkles added, then right after that had leg, underarm, and brazilian waxing done. I was really thankful the technician was receptive to my concerns about my nails being really thin so I didn't want them shaving them down too much, which other places have done before until they are paper thin.. yuck. This place barely buffed my nails upon my request and I am so thankful.
