The staff is friendly and that's about all they have going for them. I told a friend I usually go to Bella and she shared that she believed BB to be better. Well she don't know what's up ok, because I'm not feelin the hygiene practices here for 1. For 2 it's been 2 days since my mani/pedi and I have these super weird air bubbles in my polish that look like tiny holes. I have no idea what that is but looking at it gives me the creeps. I'll just continue to go to bella.

Went in for a mani/pedi and was VERY disappointed with the pedi!!!!! The main point of a pedicure is the relaxation AND removing calluses from feet. I was kind of pleased that it didn’t take the guy long but then I realized why. He didn't use any sort of tool to remove calluses. He only used some kind of ointment. That did not do the job.When I asked about it, he said they stopped using the metal tool over a year ago. I totally understand that , but there are other tools to use for this purpose. We discussed this at length and nothing changed.I will not visit this location again and do not recommend it to people who enjoy a relaxing pedicure and having calluses... read full review
