Friendly, understanding, thoughtful and they listen to their patients concerns and address them without pressure to do something that isn't needed. I was being treated at another practice for a broken tooth. They had me scared and pressured me into a care plan that wasn't necessary. After a lot of money out of pocket they still had not begun to fix the issue. After waking up and not being able to eat/chew and really function without severe pain.. I called the Soistman office on Monday afternoon 8/26/24 they got me in the very next day to check on my concerns. The staff was FRIENDLY, thorough and addressed the various options. So impressed with the staff at Soistman Family Denistry Easton office. A denture emergency was handled in a timely manner thanks to Kelly's expertise and Denise's scheduling effort. I can't say thank you enough!
Absolutely adore this dentist office. Dr. K has helped not only me but as well as my boyfriend when we were in need and I literally felt as though I was being taken care of by family. Would recommend this dentist office to EVERYONE. ( it’s even worth the travel!!! )
