Very friendly. I had mentioned my daughter needed a cut and asked her if she cut children's hair for a future appt. She offered to cut her hair right there on the spot. It was my daughter's very first salon experience and it didn't disappoint. She told me only Riley is allowed to ever cut her hair now lol.
