“This is our second time working with Richard Hammond Builders and their project manager, Joe. We were so impressed by the craftsmanship of the deck they built for us last summer we asked them back for a room renovation. We could not be happier with the transformation of the space in our house. Richard and Joe's team knocked down a wall and transformed a previously unusable space to an inviting living space and expansion of our kitchen. Of course with any renovation project we ran into unforeseen issues (hvac needed to be moved, plumbing fixed, and salvaging the wood floors by filling in the areas where the wall had been removed with walnut), however the team always had a creative and cost effective solution.His team also created custom shelving and a mantel from a piece that we had purchased from exotic lumber. We had an overall vision of what we wanted, but trusted Richard Hammond Builders to execute and make adjustments as necessary. The project was completed on time and under budget.
