Heather is amazing. She is knowledgable and intuitive, and is able to know exactly what my body needs and use a variety of techniques throughout the session to get me relief. She is compassionate and leaves me feeling better and more knowledgable about my own body after every session. She's a gem!
It took some time for me to book my appointment and I’m so happy I finally did. I am a stroke survivor who suffers with spasticity (involuntary tightness to put it simply). My whole body just felt tight. I also suffered neck and back pain from a recent fall. PT didn’t even help. I say all this to say, Heather listened to my body and worked her magic. After one visit, I feel loser, the neck pain is gone and back pain is 90% gone. I will definitely be making regular visits. Thank you Heather!
Heather knows so much about the body, chronic pain and it shows in the services she provides. She used targeted stretching and massage on my hip joints, feet, and shoulders. I could feel improvement in circulation and an easing of my pain before the session was complete. I can’t wait for my next session and am beyond grateful to have her as a part of my wellness team.
