I have been coming here for years. In the past 9 months this place has gone down hill. Big turn over of doctors it seems. Not as friendly as before. Getting a message to someone about a refill on a prescription is crazy.
I literally had the worst experience today after being a patient here for over 20 years. I see a Rheumatologist for my lupus but my thyroid blood tests have been abnormal for now a year. I was told he couldn't treat it and I would have to see my GP for treatment and that they would send the tests results.
I called to make an appointment and was told my doctor (Dr Ali) had zero openings until the Fall. It is currently April 25 and I would be on a waiting list.

Absolutely professional, thorough and compassionate care the entire team. Starting with medical assistant, Yuliza, to my physician Dr. Ceasar. Highly recommend this provider and his team!
