My dad stays in this Healthcare facility. I'm always impressed with this facility when I visit my father. I recommend this facility to all. The staff is caring and compassionate.
Had to help a patient get a box of tissues for a nosebleed that I watched her ask the staff for twice with no response and when I went to the nurses station there were 5 staff members sitting at the nurses desk one was on the phone with a doctor the other one was on a personal call on there cell phone, the other one would not look up, until I stood right in front of her and said excuse me the others were talking and looked at me but never asked if they could help me and one looked at me and walked down the hall to talk to another staff member. My mother Is a patient and I appreciate Cordelia Abgam, 1st floor Nurse Manager. She cares about the patients and addresses any concerns I have about my mother's care. I love her energy, and sense of humor. I'm giving her 5 stars for being an exceptional Nurse.
