I have suspected water damage to my roof and siding since 2016 and most recently to the interior in 2021 when lightning struck my third floor townhome with a hurricane the next day. He came to inspect on a Sunday, pointed out problems previous inspectors had missed, gave a reasonable quote on the spot, and was able to schedule our work for the following day.
