I needed a battery backup for my sump pump . These guys were prompt and dedicated . The system has a WIFI notification attached . There were a few hiccups syncing it to my WIFI . Brian stayed with me until we got it to work . Very pleased with the customer service and of course the pump works fine , too !
Great company - team was super nice and knowledgeable about every aspect of the job, which is impressive for waterproofing issues that can involve a lot of moving parts like mine did. Highly recommend! 5-star experience in my book all the way
The company was easy to work with, offered solutions that were in budget, and checked to make sure they work that was done was completed well. The cracks in our foundation should no longer be a problem.
