Love that I got a quick appointment. The staff were so pleasant. Many front desk staff I encounter have attitudes…but not here. Everyone was friendly. Even when there was a mix up with my prescription they were quick to help resolve it. I came here for an eye issue but will switch from My Eye Doctor to Catonsville Eye Group for my eye exams and eye wear. I loved the experience.
Catonsville Eye Group is a pleasure to visit. All the staff members are knowledgeable, very pleasant & friendly. The workspace is clean and has ample room. Additionally, they continue to upgrade their equipment with the newest and best equipment.If you have questions , you get answers!!!
Had my first visit recently (12.12.23) and everything was great! The staff make you feel like you are welcomed. Everyone is polite and professional. I also didn't feel rushed to get through my appointment. I really appreciate everyone for taking their time to help me. Thanks again!
