Karla is the woman to go to for cuts and especially colored. She saved my hair from a bleaching disaster. Color corrected and left it healthier than when I first walked in. I come to her regularly now, she's experienced and affordable for the amazing service provided. :)
I absolutely love Kim you can not only see her love as an esthetician but her love for people. She always is having consideration what is best for her clients. I have been coming to her for years for both her facials and I used to get my brows done (before I started doing thermolysis). My skin always feels so soft and dewy after my facials. I feel so confident with how my face looks. My inner beauty reflects my outer beauty! Thanks Kim!
I'm only giving them a 4 star because of Sergio's politeness and attentiveness when he saw me in the lobby. As well as his diligence in getting someone to help me with my waxing, when one person was already busy with someone else. I am also being specific because I think this woman is a terrible associate or waxing person. #1: She began by asking if I'd been there before (I said no) #2: she then started telling me in a nonchalant voice about my eyebrows and how unlike they were, how low one was and how bad the other was #she then proceeded to wax them after I told her what I wanted (as full as possible and well marked all around). #3: As she was waxing... read full review
