I am an architect and have been through the worst experiences with other tile and flooring vendors. After multiple failed orders and backorders, I found Sita online and the reviews are outstanding. I called and a real person answered the phone (!), was actually helpful (!), and I was able to come in to look at samples (contractors counter only, showroom requires advance appointment), take them outside for daylight viewing and selection, walk back in and purchase the tile, pull around back, and within about 15 minutes or so have a pallet loaded onto the back of my truck (btw the forklift driver is an ARTIST- he loaded my tile with the precision and delicacy of handing over a baby). I can't believe how easy and pleasant that was. I will never go anywhere else again!
