We used the serviceMaster for fire-damage clean-up and storage. I am very impressed with thier service because they cleaned up and brought back our goods well packaged and in a good state.
The water line to our icemaker developed an ice dam which forced the water line out of the freezer compartment of our refrigerator. We had water on the floor which went into our finished basement. ServiceMaster came out quickly and they identified the problem. Their technicians carried moisture sensors to tell them exactly where the water had hit the ceiling, the wall, the carpet and the baseboards.The ServiceMaster crew came quickly, were extremely efficient and polite, and they resolved the problem effectively.
