My tenant moved out and I needed the apartment carpet cleaned for a showing the following day.The tech Jerome was ontime, introduced himself as the boss, was shown the job and proceeded to explain how he would eliminate the carpet dirt and stain.He did a prebuff, which agitated and lifted the dirt, then the other tech did a thorough steam cleaning. They went back over a heavily soiled spot when asked.The overall experience was an Excellent one. The price was fair and the work was excellent, so I gave a good tip. “Chevy and her crew member were here for several hours cleaning all those areas I don’t want to as we get ready to put our house for sale. They were prompt, courteous, and professional and did a fantastic job! I would recommend them to anyone! We had two areas of carpet that had tape residue and a coffee stain.
