Waited from 9-12 for someone and no one showers up and no call. I had to call to find out that the person who was suppose to come service my washer, had an emergency at 11:30 am. At 12:46 pm, they haven’t called to follow-up, NOTHING!!! And this is after I shared with the gentleman that I don’t live here, so I’m literally sitting here, waiting.

I ended up having to call another company (SK Appliance Repair), who came out within a 1/2 hour.
