I got to the shop early (35 minutes after opening) hoping to get a shape up. The barber I wanted to go to (Tony) was not available as there were others before me and I settled for the barber next to him since I was a bit pressed for time. Overall I didn’t like my shape up due to my beard being cut down lower than it was after I told the barber I wanted to grow it out. I was not pleased at all and opted not to mention my experience to him since I was in a rush.
