Eagle tax service is the worst company I ever dealt with. They filed my taxes wrong and it took 3 months and counting to have them correct my refund. I filed with them in April and it’s now August and I still have not had my taxes redone or a refund as of yet. The whole Eagle Team are pointing the finger. But yet n still I am without my taxes that I paid for in April to have done. I recommend for future possible filings with this company to go with another Tax agency. Eagle tax service on Allentown road is da worse place ever

Eagle Tax has been doing my taxes for about 8 years or more. The tax lady Dale is amazing! But unfortunately I will never be using this companies services again. The customer service the receptionist offers is DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! This year topped the cake! I mean she literally went back and forth with me in the front office the entire time I was there. Also told me to "NOT BRING MY ATTITUDE BACK NEXT YEAR"! What type of company after supporting them for years- talks to you like that! I would recommend the tax lady any-day. The old black lady who works at the front desk is the one that will take her business down. Nobody wants to deal with bad service!!!!
