I'm not sure if the nail tech I had was just in a bad mood or what. I called when the business opened, and the person who answered was very pleasant. I asked if anyone was available for a pedicure and asked to hold while they checked. I was asked if 3 PM. would work, and I agreed. When I showed up, there was a person with her feet up scrolling through her phone. She turned and asked, " You got an appointment?" I replied with yes to which the response was "Name." I gave my name and was told to pick a color. I did and then was left waiting. Finally, I was taken to a pedicure bowl. The pedicure was given with unequal treatment on both feet. There was no moisturizer used, but a warm towel was. Nails were painted, and I was told "Your done. You can sit at the dryer if you want." No attempt was made to show me where the drying station was or to take my shoes for me. After 10 minutes, the take came over and asked "cash or card?" I replied cash and proceeded to take the money out of my wallet. It took a while for her to return for the money, which included the fee for service and about a 15% tip. Normally, I tip much more. The experience was so bad I thought about not tipping but couldn't do it. She did not even acknowledge that I gave her anything. She took the money and walked away. She then left the salon. One of her co-workers came over to see if my nails were dry. That person was very gracious. I will never go back there. Too bad you can't give a negative amount of stars as this wasn't worth one star.

I showed up for my appointment at 10:00 a.m. . The person's apparently in charge, was very cold and condescending. After telling me to take a seat, the two unoccupied technicians continue to have a conversation while totally ignoring me. I couldn't take a seat because the chairs there are not ADA compliant. They are too low for anybody with any kind of hip issues. So while standing there I got more and more frustrated. Finally I just turned around and walked out. Totally not the kind of place an elderly person would want to go. Between the attitude, and the keeping you waiting while they chat, is just very rude, cold, and disrespectful. Horrible experience. Took my 4 year old granddaughter and was subject to rap music that repeatedly used the f word and to make it even better they included songs with Mf. This was being played the whole time. I asked our nail tech who didn’t speak to us nor engaged my granddaughter at all to talk to the manager and they turned the music off. Then the manager came out and instead of apologizing she told me she doesn’t need customers like me. Real class place.Service: Pedicure
