With a very short deadline and the added complexity of the HPC, Branden made it all go away. Even though I was also a contractor (we are naturally competitive and love to talk smack on other contractors) I found he was very knowledgeable, logical, reasonable, and very approachable. His guys were friendly and thoughtful, the job site was left tidy and there was zero damage to any surrounding area. Bonus points for managing the project in such a way that a big storm mid-roofing didn't cause a leak. Also, the work looks great! I highly recommend him. Especially if you are in the historic area.“
