I made an appointment two weeks ago went and sat for 30 minutes. The hairstylist never showed up, and the receptionist & another stylist would not call her to check on her. Left the stylist called me three hours later apologized and rebooked for today. I went, sat for 20 minutes, finally went back to the stylist and she didn’t remember me did not put the booking in and told me if I wanted to come back in about an hour she would take me!! You’ve got to be kidding me I will never go back there again for trips and gas my time. I would give less than a one star, but they don’t have it on there!

I had the unfortunate experience of coming here. Came in to get eyebrows done, left worse than if I were to just do them myself. Who ever the older gal is calling herself a master barber is a liar. My eyebrows are literally uneven and I now have a huge gap in between my eyebrows. Never coming here again. Don’t ever trust a JCPenney barbershop.Service: Haircut

Everyone VERY nice and friendly. Hair cut was bad. I got there at noon and didn't leave till 1:30 for a very simple long layer cut. No style. No wash. No blowdry. No hot iron. Very simple. They layers are uneven by inches! It wasn't blended into the length. She chopped it at my jaw and didn't blend it at all. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it.
