BGE asked if I wanted my house serviced free for efficiency and of course I said yes. Kevin was the technician that came out and he was awesome! Changed all my bulbs that were out and even my shower heads that were dated. Highly recommend this free check and service if you are with BGE!

I've never had exorbitant electric bills, but the top floor of my two story town-house was always much hotter than the rest of the house. I even bought a thermometer to prove to myself that it was that hot and I wasn't crazy. Well, there was a 10 degree difference and it made sleeping difficult. So, I gave Efficient Home Llc (EH) a call and they came to my home for an energy audit. The audit was $350 and basically included a walk-through of the living spaces, attic, exterior and a 'fan test' to see how much air was seeping into the house.
