“B&B installed our HVAC system 21 years ago. We’ve only had one significant issue in that time which consisted of a circuit board that runs the blower motor. Recently our AC system was have an issue with the coils icing up so I placed a call to schedule a diagnosis of the issue. I received a phone call early in the morning and Nestor, the technician, was on-site within 40 minutes. The technicians from B&B have always been prompt, courteous and reliable. I’ve compared several HVAC companies in the area and none of the companies had ratings or reviews that would convince me to use any company other than B&B.“

“Cool Breeze to the Rescue. My water heater started leaking late in the evening and I was able to call the office and have a plumber out first thing the next morning. He has a water heater with him and easily replaced the broken one. They are my constant go to for the majority of the service work on my house. They are kind, prompt, reasonably priced and a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful for the top level of service they provide!“

“Called to get my gas fireplace checked out, since it wasn't igniting. Isak came out to do the diagnostic, quickly determined the issue, gave me an invoice, and got me set up for installation. Repair day came, and Isak returned with Tyler to put my fireplace right. On both visits, they were incredibly respectful, tidy, and quiet (we work from home). They also did a great job letting me know what was wrong, were not pushy about any add-ons or service plans, although I WOULD recommend considering their service plan for the price-to-service ratio.
Before they left, Isak and Tyler also cleaned the fireplace installation itself, leaving it better than when they got here.
