Mark installed a fence for me after a negative experience being scammed by another fence company. He and his crew did a fantastic job. He is a really honest, and trustworthy guy so I was even out of state when they did the installation. Their pricing is competitive with other companies in the area (I had 3 quotes). I selected Evergreen because they were able to start the job right away while another company I liked had a 2 month wait. Mark really went above and beyond with advice about painting the fence (need to wait at least 6 months) and installation of custom gates. Couldn't be happier with the fence!
Dennis and his team redesigned our basement completely after we suffered a major flood due to a broken pipe that necessitated the complete tear out of our existing wet bar, refrigeration, bedroom, and travertine tiled bathroom and shower. From concept, design, materials selection, execution, delivery, and warranty, LeJuene Design Build was there every step of the way. Dennis not only tackled a challenging situation due to the water damage, but uncovered several flaws in design and construction that were a previous contractor’s work. Dennis resolved these as well. Dennis’ attention to detail was excellent.As this was an insurance claim, Dennis worked with us to get the necessary detail so we could get the invoices and estimates over to the adjuster which allowed us to have peace of mind as before the job commenced and as it commenced. As is typical with renovation on redesign projects, issues that were not known in advance (such as our aging water heater and its subpar water capture / draining should it leak) were identified and options supplied to us for remediation. In addition, as the job progressed, Dennis suggested tweaks and touches that really made the finished project shine. Dennis’s design and workmanship won “wows of approval” from friends and family converting our basement into now the most used room of the house and one that I am very proud to show off.Dennis and his team were excellent to work with and Dennis accompanied us to several materials stores to help in material selection helping guide us in pros and cons that had he not been there to advise us, we likely would have selected subpar materials on our own. He and his team are accommodating, approachable, communicative and deliver a top-quality product and a reasonable price. We had put the project out to bid initially among four contractors and Dennis’ quote came in at a very competitive and reasonable price balancing quality and price.We already have LeJuene Design Build contracted to per from two additional jobs for us based on the high satisfaction and great results of our basement project. If you are looking for a top-quality contractor at a reasonable rate, I recommend you consider providing Dennis and LeJuene Design Build an opportunity to review and bid on your project.

Marty, Jimmy, and Joe were phenomenal to work with. It's been nearly a month since the team installed a very large chandelier in my foyer along with adding a whole house surge to the electrical panel. Everyone on the crew was friendly, professional, efficient, and technically-sound as they performed this work. This team was also very clean, which was most appreciated! One of the best things about this experience is that Marty gave me an estimate after a series of phone calls and emails; we didn't need to plan a visit just for the estimate. We had a great experience with this company! They were able to give us an estimate for a new roof right before Christmas, and came out to do the work the following week between Christmas and new years. They were super communicative, responsive, efficient, and reasonably priced. The roof looks great! Would recommend to anyone!
